Love & Life FertilityCare Center offers the Creighton Model Method of FertilityCare or NFP.

The Creighton Model System can be used as an effective means to avoid or achieve pregnancy. Some women even find using the system to monitor their gynecological health alone to be very helpful.

The method is based on a woman observing her natural signs (biological markers) of fertility and infertility every day. Then, couples are able to use days of fertility or infertility to achieve a pregnancy or avoid a pregnancy. Couples who are avoiding pregnancy for a time or indefinitely would have intercourse on days when the woman is infertile. In the same way, a couple can use days of fertility to hopefully achieve a pregnancy as well.
